bright, beautiful room with big closets, a large bed, a couch. lots of food at breakfast, such as coffee, tea, and cookies. location not far from the santa margerita square where there are many restaurants as well as the major sights.

Wow, what an amazing experience! The location was mind-blowing, just a short walk from everything we needed. The landlady was super, managing the place perfectly and even having a lovely chat with us over tea. The room was clean, although the shower was a bit small. However, the spacious and modern bathroom made up for it. The furniture had a classic charm, and the fast Wi-Fi was a bonus. The best part was the neighborhood, away from the touristy areas, allowing us to experience the real Venice life. Walking among the local kids and watching them rush to school was truly jaw-dropping. The street was quiet, but just a short stroll away from restaurants, bars, and major sights. The little outdoor space was an added treat. Sarah, the owner, was incredibly caring, greeting us through email and providing helpful tips for exploring Venice. The communication was great, and the value for money was excellent compared to other accommodations in the city. The simple breakfast in a box was convenient, and the towel change on the second day was sufficient. The porch area was perfect for smokers as well. a fantastic stay in an amazing city!
